Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”14 Mart 2025 tarihli \u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamam\u0131zda belirtilen, Rekabet Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan \u015firketimize verilen 19.272.557,17 TL tutar\u0131ndaki idari para cezas\u0131na ili\u015fkin gerek\u00e7eli karar tebli\u011f edilmi\u015f olup, s\u00f6z konusu idari para cezas\u0131 5326 say\u0131l\u0131 Kabahatler Kanununun 17. maddesi h\u00fckm\u00fc \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde y\u00fczde 25 indirimle 14.454.417,88 TL olarak tebli\u011finden itibaren 1 ay i\u00e7inde, ilgili karar ve cezaya ili\u015fkin olarak her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yasal hakk\u0131m\u0131z sakl\u0131 kalmak kayd\u0131yla \u00f6denecektir.” denildi.<\/p>\n
