De\u011ferlendirmeler sonucunda taraflarca, g\u00fcne\u015f panelleri, ilgili bile\u015fenler ve al\u00fcminyum \u00e7er\u00e7evelerin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na ili\u015fkin olarak ticari ili\u015fkilerin devam edece\u011fi konusunda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 mutabakata var\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yerle\u015fik s\u00f6z konusu m\u00fc\u015fteriyle devam etmesi planlanan ticari ili\u015fkiye dair bilginin a\u00e7\u0131klanmamas\u0131n\u0131n, \u015feffafl\u0131k ilkesiyle ba\u011fda\u015fmayaca\u011f\u0131 ve farkl\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmelere yol a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden, kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Gelinen a\u015famada, i\u015f birli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda, avans \u00f6demesinin akabinde sevkiyat planlamas\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.
