Genel \u0130cra Dairesi&#8217;nin 2024\/6452 esas say\u0131l\u0131 dosyas\u0131yla T\u00fcrk Alt\u0131n Holding A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan haciz i\u015flemi uygulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130lgili hisse senetlerinin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 amac\u0131yla icra m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan ihalelere T\u00fcrk Alt\u0131n Holding A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan alaca\u011fa mahsuben kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130halelerde hisse senetleri T\u00fcrk Alt\u0131n Holding A.\u015e \u00fczerinde kalm\u0131\u015f olup, ihaleler sonucunda \u0130pek ailesinin yukar\u0131da ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en \u00fcyeleri ATP Koza G\u0131da Tar\u0131m Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e ile Konakl\u0131 Metal Madencilik Sanayi Ticaret A.\u015e hissedarl\u0131klar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu ihale s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131 takiben ticaret sicil m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne gerekli bildirimlerde bulunulmu\u015f, pay devirleri \u015firket pay defterlerine kaydedilmi\u015ftir.
