Konseyden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, AB Konseyi, Schengen b\u00f6lgesine seyahat ederken vizeye ihtiya\u00e7 duymayan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00fclke vatanda\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7in vizesiz seyahati ask\u0131ya alma mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcncellenmesine son onay\u0131 verdi.<\/p>\n

De\u011fi\u015ftirilen kurallar, vizesiz seyahatin k\u00f6t\u00fcye kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya AB\u2019nin \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011fu durumlarda AB\u2019nin daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve kararl\u0131 \u015fekilde harekete ge\u00e7mesini sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n

Buna g\u00f6re, ask\u0131ya alma mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131 tetikleyen yeni gerek\u00e7eler olacak. Yeni de\u011fi\u015fiklikler y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011finde, AB bir \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00fclkenin AB vize politikas\u0131yla uyum g\u00f6stermemesi durumunda vizesiz stat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc iptal edebilecek.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca bir \u00fclke, ger\u00e7ek bir ba\u011fa sahip olmayan ki\u015filere vatanda\u015fl\u0131k sa\u011flayan yat\u0131r\u0131m yoluyla vatanda\u015fl\u0131k program\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyorsa, AB bu \u00fclkenin vizesiz giri\u015f hakk\u0131n\u0131 durdurabilecek. Ayn\u0131 durum, insan haklar\u0131 ihlalleri gibi ili\u015fkilerin bozuldu\u011fu durumlarda da ge\u00e7erli olacak.<\/p>\n
