Ancak y\u0131lsonu ger\u00e7ekle\u015fme rakam\u0131 13 milyar TL\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan Ba\u015fkan Dutlulu, \u201c\u00c7ok ciddi bir yat\u0131r\u0131m ve ihale d\u00f6nemindeyiz. Yaz aylar\u0131nda 50\u2019nin \u00fczerinde projenin temelini ataca\u011f\u0131z.
