Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) 13.02.2026 tarihli onay yaz\u0131s\u0131na istinaden yap\u0131lan tahsisli sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin olarak ihra\u00e7 edilen 85.499.653 TL nominal de\u011ferli paylar\u0131n 10,71 TL fiyattan al\u0131c\u0131 Arta\u015f \u0130n\u015faat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e’ye tahsisli olarak sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 tamamlanm\u0131\u015f olup, \u015firketimizin sermayesi 385.499.653 TL’ye y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir. Y\u00f6netim kurulumuzun 16.03.2026 tarihinde ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 karar uyar\u0131nca, \u015firketimiz esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin ‘kay\u0131tl\u0131 ve \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermaye’ ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6. maddesinin yeni \u015feklinin onaylanmas\u0131 talebiyle 16.03.2026 tarihinde SPK’ya ba\u015fvurulmu\u015ftu. Esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin 6. maddesinin yeni hali SPK taraf\u0131ndan onaylanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bundan sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme maddesinin yeni halinin tescili i\u00e7in ticaret sicil m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ba\u015fvurulacakt\u0131r.” denildi.<\/p>\n
