Sabaha kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131lan denetimlerde \u00f6zellikle ticari hacmi y\u00fcksek be\u015f farkl\u0131 f\u0131r\u0131na giden ekipler, \u00fcretim alanlar\u0131n\u0131 ve mutfaklar\u0131 kontrol etti. Denetimlerde ortam\u0131n, kullan\u0131lan malzemelerin ve personelin hijyenini kontrol eden ekipler ayr\u0131ca, \u00fcretilen unlu mamullerin gramaj\u0131n\u0131, fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 ve i\u015f yeri ruhsatlar\u0131n\u0131 denetledi.<\/p>\n

G\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 konusunda kararl\u0131l\u0131kla denetimleri s\u00fcrd\u00fcren ekipler, mevzuata uygun \u015fekilde \u00fcretim yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen i\u015fletmelere uyar\u0131 cezas\u0131 verdi.<\/p>\n
