”\u015eirketimizin, Kurumsal Y\u00f6netim Komitesi ve y\u00f6netim kurulu taraf\u0131ndan 24 Mart 2026 tarihinde, yeni y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyesi aday\u0131 olarak belirlenen Neyran Arslant\u00fcrk’\u00fcn ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyesi olarak se\u00e7ilmesi, 31 Mart 2026 tarihindeki ola\u011fan genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda pay sahiplerimizin onay\u0131na sunulmu\u015f ve onaylanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeli\u011fine ili\u015fkin se\u00e7imin, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) kurumsal y\u00f6netim d\u00fczenlemeleri kapsam\u0131nda, kurulun uygun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne tabi olmas\u0131 nedeniyle, Arslant\u00fcrk’\u00fcn \u015firketimizde g\u00f6rev yapabilmesi i\u00e7in 24 Mart 2026 tarihinde SPK’ya ba\u015fvuruda bulunulmu\u015ftur. SPK karar\u0131 uyar\u0131nca Arslant\u00fcrk’\u00fcn \u015firketimizde ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyesi olarak g\u00f6rev yapmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin herhangi bir olumsuz g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f bildirilmemesine karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
