Rekabet Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan soru\u015fturma ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131, soru\u015fturmaya konu \u015firketlerin kanunu ihlal ettikleri veya kanun kapsam\u0131nda cezai yapt\u0131r\u0131mla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131klar\u0131 ya da kalacaklar\u0131 \u015feklinde yorumlanmamal\u0131d\u0131r.
