Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6neme ait Sermaye Piyasas\u0131nda Finansal Raporlamaya \u0130li\u015fkin Esaslar Tebli\u011fi (II-14.1) h\u00fck\u00fcmleri dahilinde, TMS\/TFRS’ye uygun olarak haz\u0131rlanan, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetimden ge\u00e7mi\u015f, konsolide finansal tablolarda ise 1.443.414.557 TL net d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r.\u00a001.01.2025 – 31.12.2025 hesap d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin TTK, VUK, TMS\/TFRS’ye uygun olarak haz\u0131rlanan, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetimden ge\u00e7mi\u015f, finansal tablolarda net d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131 bulunmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmamas\u0131na, genel kurulumuzun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
