Protokol kapsam\u0131nda, Sosyal Hizmet Merkezi (SHM) veya irtibat birimi bulunmayan il\u00e7elerde, \u0130l\u00e7e Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri, Toplum Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Merkezleri veya Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Hayat Merkezleri b\u00fcnyesinde SHM irtibat birimlerinin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n planland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n

Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakan\u0131 G\u00f6kta\u015f, a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, i\u015f birli\u011fiyle vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu deste\u011fe eri\u015fimin kolayla\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cAile ve insan odakl\u0131 hizmet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 daha da ileriye ta\u015f\u0131yaca\u011f\u0131z.\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
