Arslan, hayata ge\u00e7irilen projelerle Van\u2019a toplamda 5.5 milyon nitelikli kitab\u0131n kazand\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bu sayede okuma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u015fehirde h\u0131zla yerle\u015fti\u011fini belirtti.\u00a0<\/p>\n
