Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n

”\u015eirketimizin 27.03.2026 tarihli 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 ola\u011fan genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda,\u00a001.01.2025 – 31.12.2025 hesap d\u00f6nemine ait finansal tablolar\u0131nda 6.539.269.000 TL net d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131, Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) h\u00fck\u00fcmleri gere\u011fince haz\u0131rlanan gelir tablosunda ise 10.145.111.000 TL d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131 yer alm\u0131\u015f olup, d\u00f6nem kar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin y\u00f6netim kurulunun teklifi do\u011frultusunda, gerek SPK d\u00fczenlemeleri gerekse de VUK d\u00fczenlemeleri uyar\u0131nca haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolarda zarar bulunmas\u0131 nedeniyle kar pay\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmamas\u0131na, tebli\u011f uyar\u0131nca haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolara g\u00f6re olu\u015fan 6.539.269.000 TL net d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131n\u0131n ilgili finansal tablolarda, VUK h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolara g\u00f6re 10.145.111.000 TL d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu finansal tablolarda ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llar zararlar\u0131na aktar\u0131lmas\u0131na oy \u00e7oklu\u011fuyla karar verildi.”<\/p>\n
