Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n

”\u015eirketimizin 2025 y\u0131l\u0131na ait finansal tablolar\u0131n\u0131n incelenmesi sonucunda, d\u00f6nem vergi ve birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek ak\u00e7e tutarlar\u0131 sonras\u0131, SPK mevzuat\u0131 uyar\u0131nca haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolara g\u00f6re 2.241.545.353,40 TL, Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine uygun olarak haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolara g\u00f6re 630.971.376 TL ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken yasal yedekler sonras\u0131 net da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir kar\u0131 bulundu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, 01.01.2025-31.12.2025 hesap d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin olarak esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmemizin ‘kar\u0131n tespit ve tevzii’ ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 17. maddesi ve T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanununun 519. maddesi uyar\u0131nca ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken t\u00fcm genel kanuni yedek ak\u00e7elerinin ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na ve pay sahiplerine d\u00f6nem kar\u0131 ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131l karlar\u0131ndan toplam (br\u00fct) 600.000.000 TL’nin kar pay\u0131 olarak da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131na, kar pay\u0131 \u00f6demesinin 06.05.2026 tarihinde yap\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
