Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n

”Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) II-22.1 say\u0131l\u0131 Geri Al\u0131nan Paylar Tebli\u011fi ile i-SPK.22.9 (19.03.2025 tarih ve 16\/531 s.k.) say\u0131l\u0131 ilke karar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda, \u015firketimizin Borsa \u0130stanbul’da i\u015flem g\u00f6ren paylar\u0131n\u0131n geri al\u0131m\u0131na, pay geri al\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lacak fonun, \u015firketimizin \u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere azami 2.000.000.000 TL olarak belirlenmesine, geri al\u0131nacak azami pay say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131lan fon tutar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fmayacak \u015fekilde belirlenmesine, pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n 25.03.2027 tarihine kadar ge\u00e7erli olmas\u0131na, geri al\u0131m i\u015flemlerinin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi ve gerekli t\u00fcm i\u015f ve i\u015flemlerin yerine getirilmesi i\u00e7in y\u00f6netimin yetkilendirilmesine, i\u015fbu karar kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek i\u015flemlerle ilgili olarak KAP’ta \u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ve konunun ilk genel kurulda pay sahiplerinin bilgisine sunulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
