Projenin 2008\u2019de \u015ei\u015fli Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan avan projesi onaylanmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, in\u015faat ruhsat\u0131n\u0131n 2015 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar verilmedi\u011fi aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
\u015eirketin ba\u015fvurusu \u00fczerine \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 projeyi 72 kattan 38 kata d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek 14 Nisan 2015\u2019te onaylad\u0131. Buna ra\u011fmen in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u015ei\u015fli Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7e\u015fitli gerek\u00e7elerle engellendi\u011fi, s\u00fcrecin \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u0130stanbul Valili\u011fi, \u015ei\u015fli Kaymakaml\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yarg\u0131 mercilerine ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
Davut G\u00fcl ile yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmenin de bu \u015fik\u00e2yetler ve Bulgar Vakf\u0131\u2019n\u0131n imar planlar\u0131ndan do\u011fan haklar\u0131na ili\u015fkin talepler kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi ifade edildi. A\u00e7\u0131klamada, t\u00fcm i\u015flemlerin kayyum atanmas\u0131ndan \u00f6nceki d\u00f6neme ait oldu\u011fu, kayyum sonras\u0131nda \u015firket lehine herhangi bir izin veya idari tasarruf bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Projenin \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u201c\u00f6zel proje alan\u0131\u201d kapsam\u0131nda oldu\u011fu ve bu nedenle il\u00e7e belediyesinin yetkisinin bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi.<\/p>\n
Valilik a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, \u015eahan\u2019\u0131n \u201c\u00e7evreci direni\u015f\u201d iddias\u0131yla kamuoyunu yan\u0131ltmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclerek, devam eden yarg\u0131 s\u00fcrecine ili\u015fkin do\u011frulanmam\u0131\u015f iddialara itibar edilmemesi gerekti\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n
