”\u015eirketimizin 01.12.2025 tarihli \u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, \u015firketimiz ile Zorlu Holding Anonim \u015eirketi aras\u0131nda yerli fotovoltaik g\u00fcne\u015f paneli h\u00fccresi \u00fcretimi amac\u0131yla kurulan Zorlu Alfa Solar H\u00fccre \u00dcretimi Anonim \u015eirketi ile ilgili olarak, s\u00f6z konusu yat\u0131r\u0131ma ve ortak giri\u015fim yap\u0131s\u0131na ili\u015fkin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler sonucunda, gelinen noktada bu yat\u0131r\u0131mdan kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 mutabakatla vazge\u00e7ilmesine karar verildi\u011fi ve Zorlu Alfa’n\u0131n tasfiyesine y\u00f6nelik olarak 30.11.2025 tarihinde genel kurul karar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve tasfiye s\u00fcrecine ili\u015fkin i\u015flemlerin ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kamuoyuna duyurulmu\u015ftu. Bu kapsamda, tasfiyeye giri\u015fe ili\u015fkin ilanlar\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131 ve yasal bekleme s\u00fcresinin sona ermesini takiben, Zorlu Alfa’n\u0131n 24.03.2026 tarihli ola\u011fan genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, \u015firket kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n terkin edilmesine ve tasfiye sonu i\u015flemlerinin tamamlanmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir. Tasfiye s\u00fcrecine ili\u015fkin tescil ve di\u011fer yasal i\u015flemler ilgili mevzuat \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde tamamlanacakt\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
