Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n

”\u015eirketimizin 01.01.2025-31.12.2025 hesap d\u00f6nemine ait T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanunu ve Vergi Usul Kanunu h\u00fck\u00fcmleri gere\u011fince d\u00fczenlenen bireysel mali tablosuna g\u00f6re 12.485.075,35 TL d\u00f6nem kar\u0131, sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131na g\u00f6re d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f konsolide mali tablolar\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6re de 662.031.089 TL (ana ortakl\u0131k paylar\u0131 662.031.089 TL) d\u00f6nem kar\u0131 olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Buna g\u00f6re SPK’n\u0131n kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin d\u00fczenlemeleri dahilinde, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 ola\u011fan genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda ortaklar\u0131n onay\u0131na sunulmak \u00fczere VUK h\u00fck\u00fcmlerince haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f mali tablolar\u0131m\u0131zda olu\u015fan 12.485.075,35 TL kardan, 7.382.104,64 TL ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131l zarar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fckten sonra 255.148,54 TL birinci tertip yasal yedek ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na, kalan 4.847.822,17 TL’nin ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedekler hesab\u0131na aktar\u0131lmas\u0131na oy \u00e7oklu\u011fuyla karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
