Ba\u015fkan Tugay, Meslek Fabrikas\u0131 binas\u0131n\u0131n tarih\u00e7esine de de\u011finerek, \u201cS\u00f6z konusu yap\u0131 1908 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6zel ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan un fabrikas\u0131 olarak in\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir. Vak\u0131flar taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir eser de\u011fildir ve vak\u0131flarla herhangi bir ba\u011f\u0131 bulunmamaktad\u0131r. 1926 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00f6nemin Bakanlar Kurulu karar\u0131 ve Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn imzas\u0131yla kamu m\u00fclkiyetine ge\u00e7irilmi\u015ftir. 1940\u2019tan bu yana belediyenin m\u00fclk\u00fc olarak kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda Vak\u0131flar taraf\u0131ndan konulan \u015ferh yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyon 300 bin TL \u00f6denerek kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Restore edilen yap\u0131, bug\u00fcne kadar \u2018Meslek Fabrikas\u0131\u2019 olarak hizmet vermeye devam etmi\u015ftir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Meslek Fabrikas\u0131, bug\u00fcne kadar 29 merkezde 5 bin 800 kurs a\u00e7t\u0131, 145 bin 77 kursiyere mesleki e\u011fitim verdi. Halkap\u0131nar Kurs Merkezi, 2016\u2019dan bu yana 531 kurstan 13 bin 149 mezun \u00e7\u0131kararak istihdama katk\u0131da bulundu. Tugay, \u201cBinan\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 savunmak, belediyenin hakk\u0131n\u0131 savunmak benim g\u00f6revim\u201d diyerek s\u00f6zlerini sonland\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n
