Vali Balc\u0131, Nevruz’un, toplumlar\u0131n sevgi, bar\u0131\u015f ve karde\u015flik duygular\u0131 i\u00e7inde hayat\u0131 payla\u015fabilme iradesini simgeledi\u011fini belirterek “Bug\u00fcn, bolluk ve bereketin m\u00fcjdecisi olan bu s\u0131cak g\u00fcnleri, gelece\u011fimizin ayd\u0131nl\u0131k ve huzurlu olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 kabul etmeliyiz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
