Projenin 2\u2019nci Uygulama Etab\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda toplam 13 blok ve 830 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm in\u015fa edilecek.<\/p>\n

\u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile imzalanan protokol \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yap\u0131m ihalesi Emlak Konut taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen projede, y\u00fcklenici firma olarak Ilg\u0131n Yap\u0131 s\u00fcreci ba\u015flatt\u0131. \u0130n\u015faat alan\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen zemin iyile\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda ise son a\u015famaya gelindi.<\/p>\n

Yeni haz\u0131rlanan proje kapsam\u0131nda, zemin +6 kattan ba\u015flamak \u00fczere en fazla 10 kat y\u00fcksekli\u011finde yap\u0131lar yer alacak.<\/p>\n
