Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015funlar kaydedildi:<\/p>\n

”Y\u00f6netim kurulumuz, 17.03.2026 tarihli toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, 4. d\u00f6nem ge\u00e7ici Vergi Usul Kanununa (VUK) g\u00f6re 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda 173.034.595,85 TL, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) Seri 11, No 29 say\u0131l\u0131 tebli\u011fine g\u00f6re 62.594.260 TL, vergi sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nem kar\u0131 olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanunu, SPK tebli\u011fleri, kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m politikas\u0131 ve esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m maddesi gere\u011fince, SPK’n\u0131n Seri 11, No 29 say\u0131l\u0131 tebli\u011fine g\u00f6re olu\u015fan 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 VUK kar tutar\u0131 \u00fczerinden y\u00fczde 5 oran\u0131nda 8.651.729,79 TL tutar\u0131nda 1. tertip yedek ak\u00e7e, 2.768.556,75 TL genel kanuni yedek ak\u00e7e ve 14.882.602,66 TL da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nem kar\u0131ndan yedek ak\u00e7e ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na, kalan 51.173.973,45 TL da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir kar\u0131n tamam\u0131 ile 3.065.806.324 TL olan ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nem karlar\u0131ndan 148.826.026,55 TL’si kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere toplam 200.000.000 TL’nin, pay ba\u015f\u0131na y\u00fczde 42,57419 oran\u0131nda, 28.04.2026 tarihinden itibaren nakit temett\u00fc olarak da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131na ve bu hususlara ili\u015fkin genel kurula teklifte bulunulmas\u0131na oy birli\u011fiyle karar vermi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
