S\u00f6z konusu s\u00f6zle\u015fme kapsam\u0131nda, Astronergy Europe&#039;un t\u00fcm paylar\u0131na sahip oldu\u011fu, \u0130stanbul Ticaret Sicili&#039;nde 1057056 sicil numaras\u0131 ile kay\u0131tl\u0131 Astronergy Y\u00fcksek Teknoloji Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e (Astroenergy) nezdinde ortak bir yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanmakta olup, y\u0131ll\u0131k 2,5 GW ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 kapasitesine sahip, ingot kesiminden ba\u015flayarak entegre wafer\/h\u00fccre \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek bir \u00fcretim tesisinin kurulu\u015funun hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 kapasitesi (Faz 1) i\u00e7in toplam yat\u0131r\u0131m tutar\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 200 milyon ABD Dolar\u0131 olmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. Planlanan \u00fcretim tesisinin, Bal\u0131kesir Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi&#039;nde tahsis edilen arsa \u00fczerinde kurulmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ortakl\u0131k yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek pay devri ve\/veya sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan Alfa Solar ve Astronergy Europe&#039;un Astroenergy&#039;de y\u00fczde 50- y\u00fczde 50 oran\u0131nda pay sahipli\u011fine sahip olacaklar\u0131 \u015fekilde olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 planlanmaktad\u0131r.
