Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n

”01.01.2025 \u2013 31.12.2025 hesap d\u00f6neminde UFRS mali tablolarda olu\u015fan 129.795.157 TL net zarar\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131l zararlar\u0131 hesab\u0131na aktar\u0131lmas\u0131, \u015firketin 20.000.000 TL sermayeyi temsil eden pay sahiplerine nakit olarak, ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131l karlar\u0131ndan da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmak \u00fczere ortaklara 60.000.000 TL (br\u00fct) nakit kar pay\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131, kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 sonras\u0131nda yasal kay\u0131tlara g\u00f6re kalan kar tutar\u0131ndan Kurumlar Vergisi Kanunu md. 5\/1-e \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ayr\u0131lan \u00f6zel yedek tutar\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 sonras\u0131nda kalan\u0131n ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedek ak\u00e7e olarak ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda genel kurula teklifte bulunulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
