Olay\u0131n ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zel bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma grubu olu\u015fturuldu\u011funu belirten Jandarma Genel Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, “Sur il\u00e7esi K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckak\u00f6ren mahallesindeki ikametinde ate\u015fli silahla \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen M.Y.\u2019nin faillerini belirlemek i\u00e7in \u00f6zel bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma grubu olu\u015fturuldu. Saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 5 ay boyunca s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc, deliller birle\u015ftirildi” bilgisini verdi.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Ekiplerin maktul\u00fcn \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tarih olarak de\u011ferlendirilen 13 Nisan 2025\u2019e ait teknik verileri derinlemesine inceledi\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n
Cinayetin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde rol oynayan delile ili\u015fkin, “Jandarma Dedektifleri, olay yerinde elde edilen bir sigara izmariti \u00fczerindeki DNA profilinin, maktul\u00fcn yak\u0131n arkada\u015f\u0131 ve akrabas\u0131 olan M.A. ile e\u015fle\u015fti\u011fini tespit etti. B\u00f6ylece, M.A.\u2019n\u0131n; ‘maktul\u00fcn evine hi\u00e7 gitmedi\u011fi’ y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki beyan\u0131 \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclerek dosya \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlendi” ifadelerine yer verildi.<\/p>\n
Operasyonel s\u00fcrecin ard\u0131ndan yarg\u0131 a\u015famas\u0131na ge\u00e7ildi\u011fini bildiren a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “Fail M.A. tutukland\u0131. 7 \u015f\u00fcpheli hakk\u0131nda ise adli kontrol h\u00fck\u00fcmleri uyguland\u0131” denildi.<\/p>\n
