T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanununun 519\/1 maddesi h\u00fckm\u00fc uyar\u0131nca, yasal kay\u0131tlara g\u00f6re hesaplanan 1.419.872.158,63 TL kardan y\u00fczde 5 oran\u0131nda 70.993.607,93 TL 1. tertip yasal yedek ak\u00e7e ayr\u0131lmas\u0131, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) ilgili tebli\u011fi h\u00fck\u00fcmlerince belirlenen 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 d\u00f6nem kar\u0131ndan 750.000.000 TL’nin, sermayemizi temsil eden hisse senetlerine sahip ortaklar\u0131m\u0131za (br\u00fct) y\u00fczde 37,50 oran\u0131nda (1 TL nominal bedelli hisse senedi i\u00e7in 0,375 TL) temett\u00fcn\u00fcn nakit da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131, 65.000.000 TL 2. tertip yasal yedek ak\u00e7e ayr\u0131lmas\u0131, 213 say\u0131l\u0131 VUK’un ‘325\/A- Giri\u015fim Sermayesi Fonu’ ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 maddesine istinaden 98.252.000 TL’nin giri\u015fim sermayesi fonu olarak fon hesab\u0131na aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve net da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir kardan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmesi, yasal kay\u0131tlara g\u00f6re 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 kar\u0131ndan kalan tutar olan 435.626.550,70 TL’nin ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedek ak\u00e7e olarak ayr\u0131lmas\u0131, kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m tarihinin tek seferde olacak \u015fekilde 16.03.2026 tarihinde ba\u015flamas\u0131 ve detaylar\u0131 kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m tablosunda sunulan kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m teklifi genel kurul taraf\u0131ndan onaylanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
