Cezaevlerindeki mevcut tabloyu rakamlarla \u00f6zetleyen \u015eahin, \u201cMart 2026 verilerine g\u00f6re, 304 bin kapasiteli cezaevlerinde tam 412 bin 991 ki\u015fi bar\u0131n\u0131yor. Bu tablo, ko\u011fu\u015flarda nefes alacak yer kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, sistemin fiilen \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn kan\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nfaz sistemimiz tam anlam\u0131yla yamal\u0131 boh\u00e7aya d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bir toplumsal huzur iklimi tesis etmek istiyorsan\u0131z ana kural\u0131n\u0131z belli; adil yarg\u0131layamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z insanlar\u0131 hi\u00e7 olmazsa infazda e\u015fitleyin\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
\u00d6zellikle ekonomik su\u00e7lar ve \u00c7ek Yasas\u0131 ma\u011fdurlar\u0131n\u0131n durumuna dikkat \u00e7eken Ankara Milletvekili \u015eahin, \u201cUyu\u015fturucudan sonra en fazla h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc TCK 158. maddedeki ekonomik su\u00e7lardan yat\u0131yor. \u0130nsanlar ‘zarar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layal\u0131m’ diyor ama sistem buna m\u00fcsaade etmiyor. Borcunu \u00f6demek isteyeni parmakl\u0131klar ard\u0131nda tutup borcunu \u00f6demesini beklemek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir mant\u0131k hatas\u0131d\u0131r.” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
Covid-19 d\u00f6nemindeki infaz d\u00fczenlemelerinin toplumda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131r\u0131lma yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u015eahin, \u201cAnayasa\u2019n\u0131n 10. maddesindeki e\u015fitlik ilkesi bir s\u00fcs de\u011fildir. 12. Yarg\u0131 Paketi\u2019nde 5 y\u0131l \u015fartl\u0131 ceza indirimi, denetimli serbestlik s\u00fcrelerinin e\u015fitlenmesi ve disiplin aff\u0131 gibi talepler art\u0131k ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Allah\u2019\u0131n e\u015fit olarak yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kullar\u0131 siz yasayla niye ay\u0131r\u0131yorsunuz? Bu talepler l\u00fctuf de\u011fil, adaletin gere\u011fidir.\u201d ifadelerine yer verdi.<\/p>\n
