Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”\u015eirketin 112.500.000 TL olan mevcut kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131n\u0131n, 84.000.000 TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesi ile kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 ve \u015firketin b\u00fcy\u00fcme potansiyeli nedeniyle 5.000.000.000 TL’ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na ve kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 s\u00fcresinin 2026 \u2013 2030 y\u0131llar\u0131 i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere 5 y\u0131l uzat\u0131lmas\u0131na, bu kapsamda esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ‘sermaye’ ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6. maddesinin tadil edilmesi i\u00e7in Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK) ve Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na gerekli ba\u015fvurularda bulunulmas\u0131 ve izinlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 takiben madde de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin ilk genel kurulda pay sahiplerinin onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir. Bu karar do\u011frultusunda, SPK’ya 12.03.2026 tarihinde ba\u015fvurulmu\u015ftur.” bilgisi verildi.<\/p>\n
