”\u015eirket taraf\u0131ndan T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kanunu ve sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde T\u00fcrkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlar\u0131na uyumlu olarak haz\u0131rlanan ve Edit Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z Denetim Hizmetleri A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan denetlenen 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025 hesap d\u00f6nemine ait konsolide finansal tablolara g\u00f6re 1.809.496.895,26 TL net da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir d\u00f6nem kar\u0131 ve yasal kay\u0131tlara g\u00f6re 191.311.204,12 TL net da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir d\u00f6nem kar\u0131 bulundu\u011funa ve bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede ortaklara br\u00fct 117.647.058,82 TL, net 100.000.000 TL nakit kar pay\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131na, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lan kar pay\u0131 \u00fczerinden 7.639.705,88 TL ikinci tertip yedek ak\u00e7e b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131na, kalan bakiyelerin ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedek ak\u00e7e olarak ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na, kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6demesinin 08.05.2026 tarihinde br\u00fct 29.411.764,71 TL, 10.07.2026 tarihinde br\u00fct 29.411.764,71 TL, 10.09.2026 tarihinde br\u00fct 29.411.764,71 TL ve 10.11.2026 tarihinde br\u00fct 29.411.764,71 TL olacak \u015fekilde 4 e\u015fit taksitte ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi hususunun genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda ortaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na oy birli\u011fiyle karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
