Ayr\u0131ca taraflar\u0131n m\u00fczakere masas\u0131na geri d\u00f6nmesi te\u015fvik edildi. \u00c7in bunu olumlu kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor ve destekliyor, karar tasla\u011f\u0131n\u0131n onaylanamamas\u0131ndan hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve esef duyuyoruz.\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcvenlik Konseyi\u2019nde d\u00fcn Ortado\u011fu\u2019daki mevcut \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalarla ilgili iki karar tasla\u011f\u0131 oyland\u0131. Rusya\u2019n\u0131n sundu\u011fu taslak, 4 kabul, 2 ret ve 9 \u00e7ekimser oyla kabul edilmedi.
