\u00dcretim planlar\u0131na de\u011finen Zelenski, “Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri ile b\u00fcy\u00fck bir insans\u0131z hava arac\u0131 \u00fcretim anla\u015fmas\u0131 imzalamak istedik, ancak Beyaz Saray’\u0131n onay\u0131na ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131. Anla\u015fma, farkl\u0131 t\u00fcrde insans\u0131z hava ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve hava savunma sistemleriyle ilgiliydi” dedi.<\/p>\n

Sistemin operasyonel \u00f6nemini vurgulayan Zelenski, “Bunlar tek bir sistem olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ve y\u00fczlerce veya binlerce \u0130ran ‘\u015fahed’ insans\u0131z hava arac\u0131 ve f\u00fczesine kar\u015f\u0131 savunma sa\u011flayabiliyor. Bu belgeyi hen\u00fcz imzalama f\u0131rsat\u0131m\u0131z olmad\u0131” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
