Ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131n b\u00f6lgedeki kentsel modernizasyon vizyonuyla ve tematik turizm dinamikleriyle uyumlu bir yap\u0131da de\u011ferlendirilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli mimari, kentsel tasar\u0131m ve de\u011ferleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u015firketimiz koordinasyonunda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek olup, haz\u0131rl\u0131k s\u00fcrecinin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcteakip projeler i\u00e7in gelir payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 modeli ihalesi d\u00fczenlenecektir. Protokol kapsam\u0131nda, projeden elde edilecek net gelirin y\u00fczde 80’i Ayd\u0131n Valili\u011fi\/Ayd\u0131n Y\u0130KOB AYTER A.\u015e’ye, y\u00fczde 20’si ise \u015firketimize ait olacakt\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
