E.K.Y.\u2019nin \u201cRuhsats\u0131z Ate\u015fli Silahlarla Mermileri Sat\u0131n Alma, Ta\u015f\u0131ma ve Bulundurma\u201d su\u00e7undan 3 y\u0131l 6 ay hapis cezas\u0131 bulundu\u011fu, ayr\u0131ca \u201cKullanmak \u0130\u00e7in Uyu\u015fturucu veya Uyar\u0131c\u0131 Madde Sat\u0131n Alma, Kabul Etme, Bulundurma ve Kullanma\u201d su\u00e7undan da arand\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenildi.<\/p>\n

\u015eahs\u0131n ikametinde yap\u0131lan aramada 1 adet ruhsats\u0131z tabanca, 1 adet \u015farj\u00f6r, 3 adet 9×19 mm fi\u015fek ve 6 adet uyu\u015fturucu hap ele ge\u00e7irildi.<\/p>\n

Emniyetteki i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan adli makamlara sevk edilen E.K.Y., \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 mahkeme taraf\u0131ndan tutuklanarak cezaevine teslim edildi.<\/p>\n
