”\u015eirketimizin 10.000.000.000 TL kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7inde kalmak \u00fczere, 1.949.455.899,20 TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin 655.157.157,39 TL’si sermaye d\u00fczeltmesi olumlu farklar\u0131ndan, 395.386.943,41 TL’si paylara ili\u015fkin primlerden (yasal kay\u0131tlarda hisse senedi ihra\u00e7 primleri) kar\u015f\u0131lanmak suretiyle y\u00fczde 53,88909 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015fla 1.050.544.100,80 TL tutar\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131larak 3.000.000.000 TL’ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na, sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 nedeniyle ihra\u00e7 edilecek paylar\u0131n, (A) grubu nama yaz\u0131l\u0131 paylar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda (A) grubu nama yaz\u0131l\u0131, (B) grubu hamiline yaz\u0131l\u0131 paylar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda (B) grubu hamiline yaz\u0131l\u0131 pay olarak ihra\u00e7 edilmesine ve buna g\u00f6re ihra\u00e7 edilecek 1.050.544.100,8 TL nominal de\u011ferli paylar\u0131n 84.201.707,58 TL nominal tutarl\u0131 k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n A grubu nama yaz\u0131l\u0131 ve 966.342.393,22 TL nominal tutarl\u0131 k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n B grubu hamiline yaz\u0131l\u0131 paylar olarak ihra\u00e7 edilmesine, \u015firketimiz sermayesinin y\u00fczde \u00a053,88909 oran\u0131nda bedelsiz olarak art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ihra\u00e7 edilecek, 1.050.544.100,8 TL nominal de\u011ferli paylar\u0131n, pay sahiplerine \u015firket sermayesindeki mevcut paylar\u0131 oran\u0131nda, (A) grubu pay sahiplerine (A) grubu ve (B) grubu pay sahiplerine (B) grubu olarak sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131n\u0131n kaydi sisteme ili\u015fkin d\u00fczenlemeleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde usul\u00fcne uygun \u015fekilde bedelsiz da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131na, izinlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 teminen Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK), Merkezi Kay\u0131t Kurulu\u015fu A.\u015e dahil olmak \u00fczere resmi kurumlar nezdinde ba\u015fvurular\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131, izinlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve i\u015flemlerin ifa ve ikmali i\u00e7in y\u00f6netimin yetkilendirilmesine karar verildi.”<\/p>\n
