Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”Y\u00f6netim kurulu 09.03.2026 tarihinde toplanarak, 02.03.2026 tarihli y\u00f6netim kurulu karar\u0131n\u0131n iptaliyle \u015firketimiz kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131n\u0131n 2.000.000.000 TL’ye art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve y\u00f6netim kurulunun yetki s\u00fcresinin 2026-2030 olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi amac\u0131yla esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ‘sermaye’ ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6. maddesinin tadil edilmesine izin verilmesi i\u00e7in Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK) ve di\u011fer ilgili kurumlara ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lmas\u0131na karar vermi\u015ftir. \u015eirketimiz, 09.03.2026 tarihi itibariyle SPK’ya ba\u015fvuruda bulunmu\u015ftur.” bilgisi verildi.<\/p>\n
