Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ”09.03.2026 tarihinde \u015firketimiz paylar\u0131yla ilgili olarak 14,09 TL \u2013 14,14 TL fiyat aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan (a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ortalama 14,12 TL) toplam 80.000 adet al\u0131\u015f i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu i\u015flemlerin toplam tutar\u0131 1.129.500 TL’dir. Bu i\u015flemle \u015firketimiz taraf\u0131ndan geri al\u0131nan paylar\u0131n toplam nominal de\u011feri 507.210 TL’ye, bu paylar\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 0,1301 seviyesine ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.” denildi.<\/p>\n
