Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n

”\u015eirketimizin 2022-2026 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ge\u00e7erli olan 500.000.000 TL tutar\u0131nda kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7erlilik s\u00fcresinin uzat\u0131larak, 2026-2030 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 (5 y\u0131l) kapsayacak \u015fekilde 2.000.000.000 TL olarak belirlenmesine, Borsa \u0130stanbul’da halka a\u00e7\u0131k olan \u015firket paylar\u0131n\u0131n 1 adet = 1 TL nominal de\u011ferle i\u015flem g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc dikkate al\u0131narak, \u015firket sermayesinde hali haz\u0131rda her biri 1 Kuru\u015f nominal de\u011ferde olan paylar\u0131n her biri 1 TL nominal de\u011ferli olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesine ve bu kapsamda, mevcut durumda \u015firketimizin sermayesinin tamam\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan, her biri 1 Kuru\u015f nominal de\u011ferli 18.105.423.300 adet pay\u0131n her biri 1 TL nominal de\u011ferli 181.054.233 adet paya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesine, ilgili mevzuat \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ‘sermaye’ ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 7. maddesi ve ayr\u0131ca ‘ama\u00e7 ve konu’ ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 3. maddesi i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilen tadil tasar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n onaylanmas\u0131na, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK) ve Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u015fvurularak gerekli izinlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131na, sonras\u0131nda \u00f6nerilen tadilin ilk genel kurulda hissedarlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir. Bu kapsamda, SPK’ya ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
