\u0130ftar \u00f6ncesinde masalar\u0131 tek tek gezerek vatanda\u015flarla sohbet eden Ba\u015fkan Dutlulu, Ramazan ay\u0131n\u0131n birlik ve beraberlik duygular\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. Dutlulu, \u201cRamazan ay\u0131, payla\u015fman\u0131n ve g\u00f6n\u00fclleri bir araya getirmenin en g\u00fczel vesilelerinden biridir.
