Bombalar\u0131n alt\u0131nda ailesini korumaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve direnen kad\u0131nlar ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere; d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131n fedakarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sayg\u0131yla selamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Kurtulmu\u015f, “Tarih boyunca bu topraklara de\u011fer katan kad\u0131nlar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olduk\u00e7a, ailemiz de milletimiz de g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olacakt\u0131r.” ifadelerini kulland\u0131. “Ba\u015fta T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi olmak \u00fczere; siyasette, yerel y\u00f6netimlerde, sivil toplumda, akademide, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda, sporda ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr hayat\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n daha etkili bi\u00e7imde yer almas\u0131, \u00fclkemizin en \u00f6nemli kazan\u0131mlar\u0131ndand\u0131r. <\/p>\n
Kad\u0131nlar\u0131 hedef alan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u015fiddet, ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k ve bask\u0131; insanl\u0131k onuruna y\u00f6nelmi\u015f a\u00e7\u0131k sald\u0131r\u0131lard\u0131r.
