”Tera Yat\u0131r\u0131m liderli\u011findeki konsorsiyum arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile Metropal Kurumsal Hizmetler A.\u015e paylar\u0131n\u0131n halka arz\u0131nda talep toplama i\u015flemleri 2-3-4 Mart 2026 tarihlerinde tamamlanm\u0131\u015f, sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ve ortak sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda sat\u0131\u015fa sunulan toplam 18.900.000 TL nominal de\u011ferli paylar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131ma konu edilerek sat\u0131\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, Metropol paylar\u0131n\u0131n halka arz\u0131nda yurt i\u00e7i bireysel yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 kategorisinde tahsisat\u0131n 2,4 kat\u0131 22.220.007 TL nominal, y\u00fcksek talepte bulunacak yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 grubu kategorisinde tahsisat\u0131n 28,9 kat\u0131 54.597.130 TL nominal, yurt i\u00e7i kurumsal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 kategorisinde tahsisat\u0131n 13,3 kat\u0131 50.370.742 TL nominal, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kurumsal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 kategorisinde ise tahsisat\u0131n 3,1 kat\u0131 11.773.000 TL nominal talep toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Grup \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 grubu kategorisinde ise 179.017 TL nominal talep gelmi\u015ftir. Toplam halka arz b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k 7,4 kat\u0131 139.139.896 TL nominal talep toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Metropol 1.512.000.000 TL halka arz b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne sahip ve 18.900.000 TL nominal de\u011ferli paylar\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0halka arz\u0131nda 964.747 adet yurt i\u00e7i bireysel yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya, 322 adet y\u00fcksek talepte bulunacak yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya, 166 adet yurt i\u00e7i kurumsal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya, 11 adet yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kurumsal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya ve 90 adet grup \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131na olmak \u00fczere toplamda 965.336 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131ma esas tahsisat oranlar\u0131 ise yurt i\u00e7i bireysel yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 48, y\u00fcksek talepte bulunacak yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 grubu i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 10, grup \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 grubu i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 0,95, yurt i\u00e7i kurumsal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 20 ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kurumsal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in ise y\u00fczde 21,05 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Grup \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131nda eksik kalan k\u0131s\u0131m yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kurumsal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar grubuna aktar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
