K\u0131sac\u0131k, esnaf\u0131n uzun vadeli kredilerle ticaretini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cEsnaf\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, esnaf ve sanatkarlar kredi kefalet kooperatiflerinden ald\u0131klar\u0131 krediler, faizler yukar\u0131ya do\u011fru artt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bor\u00e7lar\u0131 yukar\u0131ya do\u011fru g\u00fcncelleniyor, fakat faizler d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde faiz bor\u00e7lar\u0131 nedense bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya do\u011fru g\u00fcncellenmiyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Mevcut ekonomik ko\u015fullarda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faiz ortam\u0131na ra\u011fmen bir\u00e7ok esnaf\u0131n hala ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u00fcksek faiz oranlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden bor\u00e7 \u00f6demeye devam etti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken K\u0131sac\u0131k, \u201c\u015eu anda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faiz ortam\u0131na ra\u011fmen bir\u00e7ok esnaf\u0131m\u0131z, bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faizli kredi imkan\u0131ndan yararlanam\u0131yor ve hala bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcksek faizden \u00f6d\u00fcyor. Esnaflar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu ma\u011fduriyeti en k\u0131sa zamanda giderilmelidir\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
K\u0131sac\u0131k, esnaf kefalet kredilerindeki faizlerin adil bir \u015fekilde g\u00fcncellenmesi ve esnaf \u00fczerindeki y\u00fcksek faiz y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn hafifletilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli d\u00fczenlemelerin bir an \u00f6nce hayata ge\u00e7irilmesini talep etti.<\/p>\n
