”Y\u00f6netim kurulunun, 18.12.2025 ve 2025\/21 tarihli karar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda, Papilon Savunma Teknoloji ve Ticaret A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan, Protect Grup Savunma A.\u015e’nin 30.09.2025 tarihli finansal tablolar esas al\u0131narak t\u00fcm aktif ve pasifiyle bir b\u00fct\u00fcn halinde devral\u0131nmas\u0131 suretiyle \u015firket b\u00fcnyesinde birle\u015filmesi kapsam\u0131nda haz\u0131rlanan duyuru metnine onay verilmesi ve bu i\u015flem nedeniyle esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ‘sermaye ve paylar’ ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6. maddesinde yap\u0131lacak de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe ili\u015fkin tadil metni ba\u015fvurumuza kurul taraf\u0131ndan, 04.03.2026 tarih ve 2026\/12 say\u0131l\u0131 b\u00fcltende duyuruldu\u011fu \u00fczere uygun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f verilmemi\u015ftir. Birle\u015fme i\u015flemi, 31.12.2025 tarihli finansal tablolar esas al\u0131narak ve daha \u00f6nce kamuya duyurulmu\u015f olan ilgili dok\u00fcmanlar\u0131n revize edilmesi akabinde kurula tekrar ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanmaktad\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
