\u00c7in Halk Cumhuriyeti \u00c7evre Koruma Kanunu\u2019nun haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 s\u00fcrecinde mevcut \u00e7evre koruma mevzuat\u0131 ile ilgili kurumsal d\u00fczenlemelerin sistematik bi\u00e7imde b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirildi\u011fi, kapsaml\u0131 bir g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irme ve yeniden d\u00fczenleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtildi. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede kanun metninin derlenmesi ve b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yap\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yeniden d\u00fczenlenmesi ama\u00e7land\u0131.<\/p>\n
Raporda, ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak kanunun Xi Jinping\u2019in Yeni \u00c7a\u011fda \u00c7in\u2019e \u00d6zg\u00fc Sosyalist D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi ve \u00f6zellikle Xi Jinping\u2019in Ekolojik Uygarl\u0131k D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi rehberli\u011finde haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.
