Yeni olu\u015fturulan uzman yap\u0131, Bulgaristan\u2019\u0131n deniz \u00e7evresine y\u00f6nelik uluslararas\u0131 y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerinin yerine getirilmesi ve Avrupa mevzuat\u0131n\u0131n eksiksiz uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in mesai harcayacak.<\/p>\n
Birimin temel faaliyet alan\u0131, deniz sular\u0131na ili\u015fkin verilerin toplanmas\u0131, deniz kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n izlenmesi ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde uluslararas\u0131 deneyimler ile modern bilimsel ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n sisteme entegre edilmesini kaps\u0131yor. Karadeniz Havzas\u0131 M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile e\u015f g\u00fcd\u00fcml\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak olan birim, Deniz Stratejisi \u00c7er\u00e7eve Direktifi do\u011frultusunda ulusal deniz stratejisinin geli\u015ftirilmesinden ve uygulanmas\u0131ndan sorumlu olacak.<\/p>\n
Yeni koordinasyon birimi, \u00f6zellikle Karadeniz Havzas\u0131 M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile Su Kanunu \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde izleme faaliyetlerini y\u00fcr\u00fcten Bulgaristan Bilimler Akademisi Okyanus Bilimleri Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc’n\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndaki verimlili\u011fi art\u0131rmaya odaklanacak. Yap\u0131, bu kurumlar\u0131n faaliyetleri \u00fczerindeki denetim mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek.<\/p>\n
