S\u00f6z konusu yat\u0131r\u0131m s\u00fcrecine ili\u015fkin olarak, ilgili ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n belirlenen toplam bedelinin tamam\u0131 ilgili kuruma \u00f6denmi\u015f ve finansal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler eksiksiz yerine getirilmi\u015ftir.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kadirli OSB M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn 03 Haziran 2024 tarih ve 2024\/287 say\u0131l\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131 uyar\u0131nca, s\u00f6zle\u015fmede yer alan gizlilik h\u00fck\u00fcmleri ve KVKK d\u00fczenlemeleri sakl\u0131 kalmak kayd\u0131yla, s\u00f6z konusu \u00f6n tahsis i\u015fleminin kamuya a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131nda hukuki bir sak\u0131nca bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 teyit edilmi\u015ftir. Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n kesin tahsis i\u015flemleri, imar plan\u0131 ve parselasyon s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki mevzuat \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde devam etmektedir.”<\/p>\n
