Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klama \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n

”\u015eirketimiz ve ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Ye\u015fil Global \u0130n\u015faat Turizm Otelcilik A.\u015e hakk\u0131nda, \u0130stanbul Anadolu 3. Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi nezdinde g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte olan 2025\/499 esas say\u0131l\u0131 konkordato talepli dava kapsam\u0131nda mahkeme taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan yarg\u0131lama sonucunda, \u015firketimiz ve ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hakk\u0131nda daha \u00f6nce verilmi\u015f bulunan kesin m\u00fchlet karar\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ve konkordato taleplerinin reddine karar verilmi\u015ftir. Mahkeme ayr\u0131ca, iflas \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na h\u00fckmederek iflas karar\u0131 verilmesine yer olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na, dava kapsam\u0131nda uygulanmakta olan t\u00fcm tedbirlerin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ve konkordato komiserlerinin g\u00f6revine son verilmesine karar vermi\u015ftir. Gerek\u00e7eli karar\u0131n taraf vekillerine tebli\u011finden itibaren iki haftal\u0131k s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde istinaf kanun yolu a\u00e7\u0131k tutulmu\u015ftur. \u015eirketimizin faaliyetleri kesintisiz \u015fekilde devam etmekte olup, s\u00fcrece ili\u015fkin geli\u015fmeler olmas\u0131 halinde kamuoyu ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z ayr\u0131ca bilgilendirilecektir.”<\/p>\n
