Panelde, g\u00fcvenli yap\u0131la\u015fma, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck ve risk azaltma politikalar\u0131 ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Ba\u015fkan Oktay Y\u0131lmaz, Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131n birinci derece deprem ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131nda bulundu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatarak, \u201cY\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131 afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7li ve g\u00fcvenli hale getirmek i\u00e7in kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz. \u015eu ana kadar 755 hektarl\u0131k alanda planlama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k, 450 hektarl\u0131k alanda ise planlama s\u00fcreci ba\u015flamak \u00fczere. \nBa\u015fkan Y\u0131lmaz, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projeleri kapsam\u0131nda bug\u00fcne kadar 21 bin 550 tapu da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, toplam 400 bin metrekare alanda d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fcklerini ve il\u00e7eye yeni ye\u015fil alanlar, e\u011fitim, ibadet ve spor tesisleri kazand\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. \u201cBiz binalar\u0131 de\u011fil, ya\u015fam\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Afetler ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz, kay\u0131plar ise kader de\u011fildir. Haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 toplum, bilin\u00e7li birey ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kurumlarla afetin etkisini azaltmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.
\nPanelde ayr\u0131ca, AFAD ve akademisyenler kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara afet bilinci, g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck ve toplumsal dayan\u0131\u015fma konular\u0131nda bilgi aktard\u0131. Program\u0131n sonunda, mahallelerde olu\u015fturulan \u201cMahalle Destek Afet G\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcleri\u201d ile arama-kurtarma ekiplerine te\u015fekk\u00fcr belgeleri ve sertifikalar takdim edildi.<\/p>\n
