Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015fu bilgi verildi:<\/p>\n

”Borsada sat\u0131\u015f – sabit fiyatla talep toplama ve sat\u0131\u015f y\u00f6ntemiyle 2 \u2013 3 Mart 2026 tarihlerinde 1 TL nominal de\u011ferli pay i\u00e7in 11,00 TL’den talep toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Halka arzda sermaye art\u0131\u015f\u0131 yoluyla halka arz edilen 84.000.000 TL ve ortak sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yoluyla halka arz edilen 40.845.000 TL nominal de\u011ferli olmak \u00fczere toplam 124.845.000 TL nominal de\u011ferli paylar\u0131n tamam\u0131 sat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplam halka arz b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 1.373.295.000 TL olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Borsa \u0130stanbul Birincil Piyasada borsada sat\u0131\u015f-sabit fiyatla talep toplama ve sat\u0131\u015f y\u00f6ntemiyle yap\u0131lan halka arzda yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 grubu baz\u0131nda tahsisat yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Borsa \u0130stanbul taraf\u0131ndan payla\u015f\u0131lan verilere g\u00f6re, halka arzda toplam filtre edilmemi\u015f veriler baz al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 821.684 adet emirle sat\u0131\u015fa sunulan adedin 1,4 kat\u0131na tekab\u00fcl eden 175.440.789 adet nominal de\u011ferli paylar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 1.929.848.679 TL tutarl\u0131 talep gelmi\u015ftir. Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sonucunda 805.312 adet yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya 124.845.000 TL nominal de\u011ferli paylar\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
