Ba\u015fkan Gen\u00e7, projenin Toplu Konut \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (TOK\u0130), \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Trabzon B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi i\u015f birli\u011fiyle hayata ge\u00e7irilece\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n

Proje kapsam\u0131nda konvansiyonel kal\u0131p sistemiyle yap\u0131lacak 34 bin 444 metrekare in\u015faat alan\u0131na sahip sosyal donat\u0131 yap\u0131lar\u0131 ile 367 bin 305 metrekarelik alanda millet bah\u00e7esi genel altyap\u0131 i\u015fleri ve rekreasyon alanlar\u0131 in\u015fa edilecek. Ba\u015fkan Gen\u00e7, \u201c\u0130hale a\u00e7\u0131k usulle yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130hale s\u00fcrecinin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yer teslimini yapaca\u011f\u0131z. Projenin 461 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefliyoruz” dedi.<\/p>\n
