Sulh Ceza Hakimli\u011finin 02.03.2026 tarih ve 2026\/48 Sorgu numaral\u0131 karar\u0131yla tutuklanmas\u0131 \u00fczerine, Anayasan\u0131n 127\u2019nci maddesi ile 5393 say\u0131l\u0131 Belediye Kanununun 47\u2019nci maddesi uyar\u0131nca ge\u00e7ici bir tedbir olarak \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131'nca g\u00f6revden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.” denildi.<\/p>\n
